About Coach Maggie
I’m Maggie. I’m a wife, step-mom, mom, dog mom, and business owner who runs a women-only semi-private strength training studio. I’ve been training for over five years and have coached more than 150 women in person, which has given me a front-row seat to the many different seasons, struggles, and starting points women come in with.
I’m passionate about helping busy women cut through the confusion and misinformation around fitness and nutrition. I take the time to listen and understand your real life, then guide you with clear recommendations built around habits and strength training that actually make sense and feel sustainable.
I’m a certified personal trainer, certified pre and postnatal coach, and nutrition coach. I’ve tried a lot of different strategies myself, including approaches focused on losing weight fast or becoming the smallest version of myself, and I’ve learned that those methods often come at a cost that isn’t worth it or sustainable for most women. I believe in building strength, consistency, and confidence for the long term.
